Roy is loath to provide a competitive quote on a new build because he knows that in the end, the finishes you select for your home will factor into the overall price in very direct way. Sure, he can quote based on square footage, but when it comes down to the finite choices of flooring, doors and door handles, fireplace mantles and cabinets – you want what you like – not what is the most affordable.
