Here is a story about a builder who is a perfectionist.

Roy’s wife is constantly amazed that her perfectionist husband ever finishes a project, given his level of care and attention. When is a project complete? When Roy himself is satisfied – which is a tall order. The Kostuk family home had been much pursued from the day Roy completed the building and the family moved in – the quality of finishes, the layout, the incredible ravine lot with pool and hot tub...After years of unsolicited offers, Roy and family agreed to sell and move on.
